At Carl’s Place, we don’t just add electronics to our lineup...we help create them. Drawing on years of in-house simulator testing and deep projection expertise, Carl's Place collaborated with projector and lens experts to bring this projector to market. The new Appotronics MK625B is a combination of the MK625A paired with a short-throw lens (0.7–0.9), purpose-built for golf simulators. At 6,200-lumen, this true 4K projector delivers exceptional brightness, clarity, and value, setting a new benchmark for simulator display performance.

The MK625B delivers a bright, ultra-sharp 4K UHD image with 6,200 lumens of laser clarity, making your course visuals vivid even in rooms with ambient light. With long-life ALPD® laser technology, flexible installation options, and exceptional contrast performance, it’s built for serious golfers who want a premium, low-maintenance projector for their simulator space.

Appotronics MK625B Features

True 4K UHD Resolution (3840×2160)

The MK625B delivers ultra-crisp image quality with sharp ball definition, clean edges, and highly detailed course textures. Every shot is easier to track and analyze, whether you're dialing in distances or playing full rounds in GSPro, E6, or TGC.

ALPD® Laser Light Engine

Advanced Laser Phosphor Display produces a bright, high-contrast image with rich, accurate color. It consistently performs in spaces with ambient light, so you still get strong visibility without needing a fully dark room.

Fully Sealed Optical Engine (IP5X Rated)

Designed for a variety of golf simulator environments, the sealed optical engine helps block dust and debris from entering sensitive components. This is especially important in garages or hitting bays, where airborne particles can impact long-term performance.

Compact Design

The MK625B is built to fit neatly into simulator setups without getting in the way. Its compact size allows for flexible mounting, preserving both swing space and clear sightlines.

Projector Mounting Considerations

Creating the ultimate golf simulator experience starts with dialing in the perfect projector placement. But not every mounting option suits every room layout. Explore these popular mounting choices to find the best fit for your space.

Ceiling Mount

Mount a Projector Flush to the Ceiling

Mounting your projector flush to the ceiling is a popular choice for golf simulators. It stays clear of your swing path and helps minimize shadows, making for a cleaner setup.

Drop Mount

Drop Mount a Projector

For high ceilings or precise height adjustments, drop mounting is an ideal solution. This setup allows you to lower your projector to the perfect height, ensuring an optimal view for your simulator.

frame mount projector to golf enclosure

Mount a Projector to an Enclosure

For a sturdy, streamlined setup, consider mounting your projector directly to the frame of a Carl's Place Pro Enclosure. This method provides solid support, extra protection, and a sleek, clean appearance.

Protect a Projector on the Floor

Sometimes, placing your projector on the floor is the easiest option for a golf simulator setup. A floor enclosure will keep it protected, allowing you to swing with confidence and peace of mind.
